Dear Future Nesiah Staff,
We are seeking passionate and dedicated senior staff for our 2025 Nesiah Israel programs! Due to the cancellation of last year’s trip, this year we will be running an Israel program for Year 10 and Year 11, providing an even greater opportunity for young Jewish students to develop and strengthen their Jewish identity.
- Year 10 trip: Departs ~14 December 2025 | Returns ~15 January 2026
- Year 11 trip: Departs ~21 December 2025 | Returns ~15 January 2026
This is an incredible and life-changing leadership experience, allowing you to play an integral role in shaping students’ personal growth and strengthening their connection to Judaism and Israel. Nesiah is specifically designed for Year 10 and 11 students in non-Jewish schools, providing them with a meaningful, structured program led by a diverse team of Australian and Israeli madrichim, alongside senior Australian staff.
What's Required?
To apply, please ensure you can commit to the following:
- Participation in our pre-Israel Camp (Sept 28-Oct 1)
- Full availability for the duration of the entire trip
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency
- A passport valid for at least six months after departure
- Completion of first aid, security, and child protection briefings
