  • We are seeking interest from various stallholders who wish to be a part of upcoming events on the Gold Coast. This includes:

    • Market Stalls.
    • Activity Stalls.
    • Drink & Dessert Stalls.
    • Food Trucks & Stalls.

     

    Please complete your expression of interest below and we can reach out alongside the promoter or client for future events.

    Please note:

    • Events will vary in day, time, size, and location but are primarily within the Gold Coast region.
    • There is no deadline for submitting an expression of interest as ‘event opportunities’ are all year round.
    • This form is not a registration or application for the event. It is simply an online submission to inform the organisers about your products, services, and contact details for future correspondence and opportunities.
    • You can view and apply for stallholder space at the 'event downloads' webpage listed here. This also includes the Event Outline, Site Rules, and Event Entry Terms & Conditions.
    • This 'Online Form' can be 'saved' but it's best to ensure you complete in one attempt to reduce any IT or form update issues. It is estimated it will take 5 minutes to complete.

  • STALL FEES: These are prepaid and determined based on type, size, and event. When you're ready to register or apply for a specific event, please ensure you complete the form accurately according to your stall details.

     

    STALL SPACE: This is allocated in 3m by 3m sections. You can select from 3m by 3m (3m front and 3m deep); 6m by 3m (6m front and 3m deep); 9m by 3m (9m front and 3m deep); and so on. THIS MUST INCLUDE 'ALL' PARTS OF YOUR AREA INCLUDING MARQUEE OR VEHICLE, AWNING, ROPES, SIGNAGE, GENERATORS, AND ANYTHING YOU ARE BRINGING. Event Management is not able to increase/decrease your stall space on the day as site plans are drawn to this.

     

    ELECTRICAL SUPPLY: Event Management DOES NOT provide power for stallholders. If you require power, you will be advised to bring your own 'quiet inverter generator' with cables (tested & tagged), covers or cones, and a fire extinguisher.
