Young Investigator Award Recognition Eligibility Criteria and Requirements
Three candidates will be selected to give an oral presentation during the Summit.
Candidates must be prepared to attend the Summit and deliver a 10-minute presentation summarizing their work. Finalists will be determined by the GCOS Summit academic committee and notified via email. The winner will be announced live at the end of the Summit on 1 November 2025 and all finalists must present to be eligible for the Award.
Eligible Candidates:
- Must be the presenter of the submitted abstract.
- Must be currently enrolled in a graduate programme (i.e., MSc, PhD, MD) or junior faculty (within first 5 years), within a university, hospital or affiliated research institute at the time of application.
- Provide nomination material as listed below:
- One nomination letter (signed by a senior investigator)
- One letter of recommendation
- Current CV plus a complete list of all publication
