    • Your booking fee covers one destination or travel inquiry. If you choose to change your destination after the initial quote has been provided, a new booking fee will be required to begin a revised search.
    • Change Fee: Any trip modifications after booking (dates, travelers, flights, destination, cruises, etc) will incur a $50 change fee (additional vendor fees may apply)

    • After receiving your travel quote from your booking inquiry, you have 48 hours to respond and confirm if you'd like to move forward with the booking.

      If I do not hear back within 48 hours, I will assume you’ve decided not to proceed at this time, and the quote will be considered void.

    • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, Please complete the form to confirm your cancellation request and acknowledge the applicable cancellation fee. All fields should be completed accurately to process your request. I understand and acknowledge that by canceling my travel booking/planning services with Top Tier Travel With Ebony, a NON-REFUNDABLE Cancellation Fee of $50 Per Person will apply. This fee covers: • Time spent researching and planning my trip• Vendor communication• Administrative processing• Booking management services already completed I understand that: • The cancellation fee is separate from any supplier/vendor penalties or fees. • Any refunds (if applicable) are subject to the travel supplier’s policies. • Travel protection/insurance claims must be handled directly through the insurance provider. • Failure to make payments may result in automatic cancellation by the supplier.
