Media Release Form
At the PCDC we believe that transparency is a cornerstone of our mission to best serve our community. In accordance with this concept, we frequently feature our staff in media releases related to events in our facility. Below is a request to consent for any photos/videos/other media obtained while on the PCDC property to be used in publications to highlight events or happenings at or related to the facility.
I, the undersigned, hereby grant Powell County Detention Center the absolute right and permission to use my photograph(s) in any manner or media, including, but not limited to, the following purposes: Educational Materials, Publications, Advertising and Promotional Materials, Social Media Platforms, Websites, Press Releases
