2.) Stall Fees:
All stall fees are to be paid with your stall application form. You will be refunded should your application be unsuccessful. So dont forget to put complete the Your bank details section. Please note: Power is only available to the food stalls at the Darwin Ski Club. Should you need power, please be advised you must supply your own.

3.) Deposit and Stall Fee Policy
A $100 deposit is required along with all stall fees moving forward. This measure has been implemented due to several stallholders packing up early at the Christmas Fair, which did not go unnoticed.
Please note:
- Any stallholder found selling items that are not handmade by them or products that are prohibited as per the terms and conditions will forfeit their $100 deposit amd your stall fee..
- Stallholders who pack up early will also forfeit their $100 deposit, which will be allocated to the advertising budget for the next fair.
- Additionally, any stallholder who forfeits their deposit will not be allowed to participate in future events.

4.) Stall Sizing and Fees - Green Ant Craft Fair by the Sea 2025.
As this is our first year of operation, we are working hard to get this event off the ground within a limited timeframe. Therefore, we will only be offering 3m x 3m stalls at this time.
Stallholders may share a stall (two or more vendors), but this must be pre-approved in advance.The stall fee is $300 per 3m x 3m stall.
Stall Pricing & Availability
We are offering the following stall options for this year's event:
- Trestle table Shade provided (Single Stallholder Only): $175.00
- Standard 3m x 3m Stall (Single Stallholder Only): $250.00
- Standard 3m x 3m Stall (Shared by 2 or More Stallholders): $300.00
- Corner 3m x 3m Stall (Single Stallholder): $300.00
- Corner 3m x 3m Stall (Shared by 2 or More Stallholders): $350.00
- Stallholders cannot choose the exact location, but we guarantee a corner position with two display fronts.
- First come, first served basis.

-All stall allocations are subject to availability. We encourage early bookings to secure your preferred stall type.
5.) Stall fitout and Furniture
All stallholders are required to provide their own fit-out, including marquees, tables, and chairs (unless arranged separately). Chairs are $10.00 each Tables are $25.00 each
6.) Forms: If you require a PDF or hard copy of the form, please request it via email for the quickest response.
7.) Special Requirements: If you have specific needs regarding stall placement or any other requests, please include these details in the Special Requirements and Requests section of the form.
8.) Photographs of Your Work: Recent photos of your work are necessary to determine the invitation list. While professional quality isn’t required, the photos should be well-presented. You can use your phone or someone else’s.
- **Image Size**: Maximum image size is 1 megabyte, which is sufficient for our needs (social media, product assessment, etc.).

9.) Stallholder map and Stallholder handbook
Should your application be successful, Stall allocation, layout map and stallholder handbook will be provided 1 week prior to the event. This will contain bump in information.
