Ordering Information:
- Minimum Notice: All cake orders require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice. No exceptions. Orders are subject to availability.
- Payment Process: Please do not send any payments before we contact you. Payment must be made once we follow up to confirm your order details.
- Cake Customization: The design is at the discretion of the cake designer and cannot be customized. No fondant decorations will be used. Any theme or character decorations will be non-edible.
- Product Focus: We specialize exclusively in cakes covered in buttercream (frosting).
- Pick-Up Availability: No pick-ups from Sunday to Tuesday. If you are unable to select a pick-up date, it means that day is unavailable.
- Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your order.
- Refund Policy: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

If you need a cake for any of our closed days you could consider picking up the saturday before. All cakes stay fresh for up to 6 days uncut and refrigerated. Please note that it needs to stay refrigerated up until the day of the party/event.
