This Agreement is between IANA and the company listed below, hereinafter referred to as the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC). The EAC is acting as a representative for their clients, exhibitors and booths listed below, to perform specific booth services at IANA Intermodal EXPO 2025, September 15-17, 2025, at the Long Beach Convention Center.

Approval to provide services will not be granted until the items listed below are received at the IANA office by the deadline date.

DUE: July 25, 2025 - All deadline dates are strictly enforced.

All EAC personnel must have the proper credentials to gain access to the exhibit hall(s) NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE SHOW FLOOR WITHOUT THE PROPER CREDENTIALS.

The following items must be received before approval to work onsite is granted:

1. Notice of Intent from all exhibitors using EAC service

2. A signed EAC Agreement

3. An original certificate of insurance (see Exhibitor Terms of Agreement for coverage requirements)
You understand that the selected EAC must abide by all rules and regulations as they pertain to exhibitors in accordance with the Intermodal EXPO 2025 Terms of Agreement and the Rules Governing EACs.
