We are hiring a Pond Maintenance Specialist to maintain and clean water garden features for customers while ensuring the proper care of company equipment. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in outdoor environments, handling physical labor, and following company standards to ensure high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain customers' unique water garden features as directed by the supervisor.
- Work in extreme weather conditions and adapt to seasonal schedule changes.
- Follow safety protocols while working around slippery pond liners and wet surfaces.
- Operate hand tools, power washers, weed blowers, vacuums, and drainage pumps.
- Treat customer property and company equipment with care and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid MA driver’s license.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of plants and pond maintenance preferred.
- Strong ability to work with customers and follow supervisor instructions.
