We are hiring Skilled Excavator Operators in Pepperell, MA. This position is ideal for experienced excavator operators who are proficient in operating heavy equipment for site preparation, trenching, grading, and other excavation tasks.

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Shift Start Time: 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators safely and efficiently on job sites.
- Perform trenching, grading, digging, and material handling as required.
- Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections to ensure proper functionality.
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to job site regulations.
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors, laborers, and other equipment operators to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Must have skilled excavator experience.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong understanding of excavation safety standards.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
