Compensation is based on experience and capabilities.
            Tier 1: 
            Start at $20/hour. Eligible for increase to $35/hour after working 12 shifts  and demonstrating the capabilities described for Tier 2 below. 
            - This tier applies to any candidate who does not meet the requirements for Tier 2 or Tier 3. 
            Tier 2: 
            Start at $25/hour. Increase to $35/hour after working 8 shifts and demonstrating the capabilities described for Tier 2.   
            - At least 2 years experience as a busser, runner, or dishwasher, and 
            - Capacity to ensure guest satisfaction, deliver and explain all courses accurately, pick up plates and glasses from tables in a timely fashion, and efficiently wash dishes without breakage, and  
            - 100% adherance to all job requirements including compliance with relevant laws, health standards, reliability, dedication, and professionalism.  
            Tier 3: 
            Start at $35/hour. Participate in tip sharing after working 8 shifts and demonstrating all of the capabilities described for Tier 3. Target total compensation (hourly wage plus tips) is $65 per hour. 
            - At least 2 years experience as a server or bartender in a fine dining restaurant, and 
            - Meets all Tier 2 requirements, and 
            - Consistently delivers all plates on time, and 
            - Consistently picks up plates and glasses as soon as guests finish them without delay, and 
            - Takes drink orders, prepares drinks, delivers drinks, charges drinks to guest checks, and performs these functions with 100% accuracy and has a Blue Card, and 
            - Completes washing of dishes without breakage before 9pm, and 
            - Consistently delivers a 5-star experience and no negative reviews/feedback from guests, and 
            - Performs these functions for 13 guests
