    As we enter our 29th year, we would love to learn more about our community and how we can better serve your needs.

    The findings from this short survey will be used to inform Velocity's programming, educational initiatives, and our search for a new home.

    This survey is comprised of thirty questions sorted in three major sections:

    1.   Programming
    2.   Space Acquisition
    3.   Demographics

    Estimated time: 9 min.

    Please respond to as many questions as possible in order to present us with the most holistic understanding of your needs + desires and how we can best serve our community.

  • Velocity is a core tenant of the theaters at 12th Avenue Arts where we plan to present performances for the foreseeable future. In addition, we are exploring opportunities to establish a new physical studio location to better support our current programs and initiatives. Your responses will help us know what to prioritize in that search.

  • DEMOGRAPHIC QUESTIONS

  • All demographic questions are OPTIONAL.

    These questions help Velocity better understand the make-up of our community and how we can best serve you. They also help us represent our community to grant-making organizations and donors in order to raise funds necessary to continue running our programs.

    We will check in about how Velocity is doing, discuss our plans are for the next year, consider space acquisition priorities, and invite dialogue that will help shape the organization’s guiding priorities in the 2026-2031 Strategic Plan.
