    SHOW INFORMATION & RULES

    Please read before sending in your application.
    • Vendors are responsible for all applicable local and state taxes.
    • Vendor spaces are NOT guaranteed until payment is received.
    • NO refunds for cancelation within 1 week (7 days) of the show date.
    • Booth spaces $60/1 $110/2 $160/3 8’x8’ and come with ONE (1) 8’ table PER SPACE RESERVED. Vendors are free to set up their space as they wish, in the allotted space provided. You are welcome to bring more tables, shelves or standing displays. NO ITEMS/DISPLAYS WILL ENCROACH ON TRAFFIC FLOW OR NEIGHBORING VENDORS SPACE
    • Table spaces $40/1 $75/2 $110/3 include ONE (1) 8’ table per table space purchased. Vendors are welcome to place displays/shelves on the tables *NO ITEMS/DISPLAYS MAY BE PLACED TO THE SIDES OR FRONT OF THE TABLES THAT WILL ENCROACH ON TRAFFIC FLOW
    • This is a family friendly event. No inappropriate items are to be displayed or sold! No inappropriate behavior, language or conduct will be tolerated. No use of alcohol, tobacco or vaping is allowed on the premises.
    • Vendors are asked to set up and maintain their spaces in a presentable manor throughout the entire show day.
    • We ask that NO vendors start to tear down before 4pm, unless other arrangements have been made with the coordinator, before the show.
    • All vendors are responsible for their own belongings and merchandise. If anything is broken or stolen while on the property it is NOT our responsibility.  Vendors will not hold us responsible should something happen to your belongings.
    • Vendors will not hold us responsible for accidents or injuries that could occur on the premises.
    • Vendors are responsible for the unloading and loading of all their merchandise and belongings. There are a limted number of carts/dollies available at this venue to haul your things, vendors need to plan to bring their own if they feel they are needed. 
    • We ask that all vendors arrive by 9am the day of the show. NO LATE ARRIVALS! If you arrive after 9:30am, you may be asked to leave and will not be able to get a space for future shows.
    • Payment of your space will be your acknowledgment and agreement to all show information and rules.

  • I HAVE READ THE INFORMATION PROVIDED AND AGREE TO ALL SHOW RULES   *      

  • Once your application is submitted, we will review and send you an email to let you know if you've been approved or not for the show. Once approved, we will send out an invoice for your space requested. This will need to be paid in a timely manner to confirm your space. If not paid, you will forfeit your space to the next vendor request in line.
