A) Standard Pass - Complimentary

Show Hours Access: Attend the event during regular show hours, allowing you to engage with attendees and participate in activities throughout the duration of the event.
Media Room Access: Enjoy access to the media room, which includes essential amenities such as charging stations and wifi internet, ensuring you stay connected and have the resources you need while at the event.

B) Premium Pass: Cost $50.00 + 12% (GST/PST) tax = $56.00

Before Hours Access: Enjoy exclusive entry to the facility starting at 8 AM, allowing you to shoot without the presence of attendees. This early access provides a quiet environment to capture your content effectively.

Media Room Access: Gain entry to a dedicated media room equipped with essential amenities, including charging stations and wifi internet. This space is designed to support your needs, ensuring you stay connected and powered throughout the event.

Attention Media Access Personnel:

All individuals granted media access must be available for a mandatory Zoom briefing on June 13 at 1:00 PM. This 30-minute session is essential for reviewing the rules and regulations of the event. Your attendance is crucial to ensure a smooth and successful experience for everyone involved.

Media Requirements:

As part of your media access, all approved individuals are required to upload 20 edited images to our curated Google Drive following the event. This is essential for maintaining the quality and integrity of our media coverage. Please note that failure to submit the required images will result in the revocation of your privileges to attend future curated events. The google drive link will be sent directly to your registered email prior to the event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I affirm that the information provided in this application is accurate and complete to the best of my understanding.

I acknowledge that if I am credentialed, any false information may lead to the revocation of my credentials for both this event and any future events.

I grant permission for Curated Custom Car Show and Trickfactory, or their representatives, to verify the statements made in this application and release all parties from any liability for any damages that may arise from providing this information to Curated Custom Car Show and Trickfactory.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curated Custom Car Show and Trickfactory, along with their officers, employees, and insurers, from any claims, damages, losses, expenses, and demands, including court costs and attorney's fees, arising from or related to the Curated Custom Car Show and Trickfactory events.

MEDIA ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RELEASE FORM

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding my participation in events organized by Curated Custom Car Show and Trickfactory:

1. Media Release: I grant Curated Custom Car Show and Trickfactory the right to photograph, record, and capture my image, likeness, and voice during the event. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, print materials, and other marketing channels.

2. No Compensation: I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my image, likeness, or voice in any promotional material produced by Curated Custom Car Show and Trickfactory.

3. Waiver of Rights: I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including any written copy that may accompany the images or recordings.

4. Release of Liability: I release and discharge Curated Custom Car Show and Trickfactory, their officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have by reason of this agreement.

DISCLAIMER

Media credentials are granted at the discretion of the Curated Custom Car Show and Trickfactory. Credentials are not transferable and may be revoked at any time. Credentials will be issued to authorized personnel only for the purpose of providing timely coverage of the event.

CONFIRMATION

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.

I hereby confirm that I am an authorized representative of the specified firm and that I have the authority to create and sign a contract for purchases on its behalf.
