I understand that all images taken by Hidden Lenz Photography are protected by copyright law and belong to the photographer. I cannot: Claim the images as my own. Copy, print, sell, or alter them without permission. Use chain labs (Shutterfly, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, Snapfish) to print them. Take screenshots or edit the images in any way. With my session, I receive a limited print release, allowing me to: Download and save my images. Share them on personal websites, blogs, and social media with proper credit to Hidden Lenz Photography. Print them from approved printers. By choosing "I Agree," I accept these terms.*

PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: My session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. Weather-related cancellations are decided by the photographer.If I am late, my session will not be extended beyond the scheduled time.Rescheduling: I must notify the photographer at least 48 hours in advance to transfer my retainer to a new session date. Otherwise, my retainer is forfeited.I will try to reschedule within two weeks, but availability is not guaranteed.
