We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours to confirm your booking. Please watch your inbox for a waiver form, which all parties aged 18 and over will be required to read and sign. The confirmation email will also include instructions on how to pay your reservation deposit.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the reservation will result in a non-refundable deposit. A credit card will need to be provided to cover potential damage to equipment and for security purposes.
Methods of Payment
We accept cash, e-transfer, credit cards, and debit cards (3% service fee applies to all card transactions).
