Terms and Conditions – Return/Refund/Warranty Policy:
1. Acknowledgment & Payment Confirmation
By submitting this application and/or making a payment, the client acknowledges receipt of dispatcher services, loadboard access, promotional plans, and any applicable subscription services provided by ADCS Group, LLC.
Payment confirms full acceptance of these services and all terms listed herein. All transactions are final and non-refundable.
2. Service Plans & Fees
Dispatcher Service – $119/month
Includes:
• Full dispatcher support
• Best price-per-mile strategy
• Bilingual dispatchers
• Dedicated account manager
• QuickPay option available
• Positioning in high-paying areas
• From 20% per load
Loadboard Access – $49/month
Includes:
• Premium load board access
• Ability to select your own loads
• Freedom to set your own pricing
• Full control of your freight
Dispatcher + Loadboard – $179/month
Includes all dispatcher and loadboard services:
• Full support
• Priority support for active clients
• Full loadboard access
• From 20% per load
3. No Refund Policy
All payments for dispatcher services, loadboard access, promotional plans, application/setup fees, and subscription plans processed by ADCS Group, LLC are final, non-refundable, and non-adjustable.
Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or modified under any circumstance.
4. Charge Authorization
The client authorizes ADCS Group, LLC to process charges using the payment method on file for all invoices related to subscribed plans, monthly fees, applications, adjustments, or administrative services.
5. Dispute Resolution
Clients must notify info@myadcsgroup.com within 3 days of any invoice issuance regarding billing concerns or disputes.
ADCS Group, LLC will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Filing a bank dispute or chargeback without first contacting ADCS Group, LLC may result in immediate suspension of services.
6. Unauthorized Charge Reversals (Chargebacks)
Reversing or disputing a payment without prior written notice to ADCS Group, LLC may result in:
• Immediate service suspension
• Additional administrative fees
• Termination of services
• Possible legal action
7. Subscription Plan Acceptance Summary
By accepting a subscription plan:
• I authorize ADCS Group, LLC to automatically debit my provided payment method for the selected plan and any applicable fees (including setup, factoring, ACH, QuickPay fees, and failed-payment fees).
• I understand that all payments are final and non-refundable.
• I agree to resolve billing concerns by contacting info@myadcsgroup.com within 3 days of invoice issuance instead of filing disputes with my financial institution.
• I acknowledge that unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension, administrative fees, and possible legal action.
• I understand that a $250 termination fee applies if I cancel without providing at least 45 days’ prior written notice.
• I confirm I have read, understood, and agree to all terms of the Subscription Plan and ADCS Group, LLC’s policies.
