Smile Together is a first-of-its-kind event designed for forward-thinking dental practice owners, executives, and DSO leaders who are focused on growth, innovation, and practical solutions. Unlike traditional trade shows, Smile Together offers a curated, business-focused environment built around meaningful conversations—not crowded trade show floors.

By filling out this application, you’re applying to attend as a Hosted Buyer. If accepted, you’ll receive complimentary travel, hotel accommodations, event registration, meals, and entertainment. In exchange, you’ll participate in a series of pre-scheduled one-on-one appointments (typically 15 minutes each) with select vendors and solution providers that align with your business interests. These meetings are spread out in small blocks throughout the event, giving you plenty of time to also enjoy educational sessions, keynote speakers, networking opportunities, and special experiences.

Smile Together will host one person from each qualifying dental practice. Additional attendees are welcome at their own expense and must email info@smiletogether.com to register and pay a guest fee. To be considered as a hosted-practice (with flight and hotel provided), the ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Candidates must have the authority to make or influence purchasing decisions for products, services and/or new locations
• Your organization must generate an annual revenue of $1M
• You must represent a single location practice, a multi-location practice, or a DSO

Important Information About Your Application

If approved as a Hosted Buyer, Smile Together will cover the full cost of your flights, hotel accommodations, event registration, meals, and on-site entertainment as part of your all-inclusive experience.

To confirm your participation and initiate travel arrangements, we require a $200 Travel Commitment Fee. This confirms your intent to attend and allows us to begin booking your travel.

• If your application is not accepted, the fee will be fully refunded.
• Your application will not be considered complete until the Travel Commitment Fee has been successfully processed.
• Once your flight and/or hotel accommodations are confirmed, the fee becomes non-refundable.
