Award Criteria

2. Advanced Manufacturing and Assembly (AMA) a) Adoption of DfMA, lean construction principles, and/or robotics and automation to achieve Productivity and Quality b) Effective implementation of DfMA, lean construction principles, and/or robotics and automation c) Outcome/s achieved	20%
3. Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) a) Adoption of IDD to enable (i) data-driven decision-making, (ii) value chain/process integration, and/or (iii) productivity improvement b) Effective implementation of digital solutions c) Outcome/s achieved	20%
4. Manpower Transformation a) Implemented enhanced measures to recruit and/or train better quality skilled workers that result in project productivity improvement b) Implemented worker/site management systems/technologies that better monitor and deploy skilled workers for project productivity improvement and/or improve site safety c) Training and capability development in transformation areas across value chain partners in the project d) Implemented mindful business practices based on the four pillars (link) to all project personnels	20%

2. Advanced Manufacturing and Assembly

Note: This section aims to assess Advanced Manufacturing and Assembly initiatives for the design and construction of the project. Describe your efforts (accompanied by corresponding outcomes) and provide supporting documents (if required) to the following.
2_1.1 Adoption of (i) DfMA, (ii) lean construction principles, and/or (iii) robotics and automation.
2_1.1a) Describe initiative/s adopted for (i), (ii) and/or (iii), and if each was adopted beyond regulatory and contractual requirements
2_1.1b) Highlight initiatives that are innovative
2_1.2 Effective implementation of (i) DfMA, (ii) lean construction principles, and/or (iii) robotics and automation
2_1.2a) Elaborate on what was done to ensure effective implementation of initiative/s, including how challenges (if any) were addressed
2_1.2b) Highlight innovation/process re-engineering made to enable effective implementation and achieve productivity outcomes

Note: This section aims to assess Integrated Digital Delivery initiatives to drive Integrated Planning and Design (IPD). Describe your efforts (accompanied by corresponding outcomes) and provide supporting documents (if required) to the following.
3_1.1 Adoption of IDD to enable (i) data-driven decision-making, (ii) value chain/process integration, and/or (iii) productivity improvement

4. Manpower Transformation

Note: This section aims to assess manpower initiatives that project owner/ main contractors spearheaded to initiate change and achieve better project performances. The write-up should show achievement in project outcome and project personnels’ capability building, e.g. faster project delivery, higher standard/quality (to quantify where possible)
