Age Requirement For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 are not allowed to volunteer. Volunteers between the ages of 12-15 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian while volunteering. The parent or guardian must also complete the required volunteer training. Both parent/guardian and minor should complete an individual volunteer application and will receive training as individual volunteers as well.
