**REGISTRATION CLOSES ON FRIDAY, JUNE 5TH**

 CAMP SESSION INFO

Each baking camp includes four days of hands-on, 3-hour baking and learning sessions. Each session is divided into different age groups to ensure age-appropriate activities and learning. All camp sessions are held at our Riverton location -- just East of the Riverton Costco, next to Mountain View Village (more info in our brochure below). 

The 5-9 year old session is from 9:00-12:00pm.

The 10-14 year old session is from 1:00-4:00pm.

🍪 Day 1: We kick things off with kitchen safety essentials and a fun, beginner-friendly baking activity to help participants build confidence in food safety, measuring, and baking techniques.

🥖 Days 2-4: The focus shifts to reading recipes, understanding ingredients, and creating a variety of delicious baked goods tailored to that week’s theme.

👩‍🍳 What’s included? Every participant will have access to all the tools and ingredients needed to bake with confidence. Plus, they’ll take home their own recipe book and a few extra surprises at the end of the week!

 

PRICING INFO

Each week of camp is $200 per child, which includes all materials, ingredients, and take-home goodies!

📌 Multi-Week & Sibling Discounts:
If your child is registered for multiple weeks, you will receive a 10% discount.

Examples:
For one child attending multiple weeks:

1 Week: $200 total
2 Weeks: $360 total
3 Weeks: $540 total
4 Weeks: $720 total

For multiple children attending a single week:

1 Child: $200 total
2 Children: $360 total
3 Children: $540 total
4 children: $720 total

Emergency Information

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by EM'S CAKES & BAKERY and their teaching staff during the camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by EM'S CAKES & BAKERY, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless EM'S CAKES & BAKERY from any and all liability for any accidental injuries that may occur when traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions.

Each participant will be taught the proper procedures and rules to follow in the kitchen during each baking session. As such, they will be prepared to participate in all age-appropriate activities that are planned by our bakery's teaching staff. 

In case of any injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against EM'S CAKES & BAKERY, including all teachers and all participants. There is a risk of being injured if proper procedures and instructions are not adhered to. Some of these risks might include burns, cuts, and falls.

 

Important note: Our camps are educational enrichment classes and are not licensed childcare programs. Tuition fees may not qualify for dependent care or FSA reimbursement.

Photographs & Video Material

As part of our Bakers Academy summer camp, we occasionally take photos and short video clips during class to capture the fun and learning happening each day. These may be used on our website, social media, or future promotional materials to showcase the camp experience.

If you’re comfortable with your child being included in these photos or videos, please check the box with your permission. We will never include names or identifying information without additional consent. If you prefer your child not be included, just check the "I do not give permission" box—we completely understand and will ensure they are not photographed.

Medical Release and Authorization

As Parent and/or Guardian of the named participant, I hereby authorize the diagnosis and treatment by a qualified and licensed medical professional, of the minor child, in the event of a medical emergency, which may require immediate attention to prevent further endangerment of the minor’s life, physical disfigurement, physical impairment, or other undue pain, suffering or discomfort, if delayed.

This authorization is granted only after a reasonable effort has been made to reach me.

Permission is also granted to EM'S CAKES & BAKERY. and its affiliates including teachers, to provide the needed emergency treatment prior to the child’s admission to any medical facility.

Release is authorized only on the dates and times of the registered session.

This release is authorized and executed of my own free will, with the sole purpose of authorizing medical treatment under emergency circumstances, for the protection of life and limb of the named minor child, in my absence.

Confirmation

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
