    This is an application form only, submitting this form does not guarantee your position at this event.

    Once you have completed the application form it will be assessed and you will be advised of the outcome via email in due course.

    If accepted, you will receive an email including an invoice for payment.

    Late payment fee of $10 is applicable to invoices beyond payment due date.

    2025 Trade Prices:

    All sites start from $125+gst

    Indoor and outdoor options and various sizes available.

    All vendors will receive two complimentary passes as part of site fees.

    All outside positioned gazebos and shade structures are to be adequately weighted on all four (4) legs with a minimum 20kg weight per leg.
    There is STRICTLY NO PEGGING into the ground permitted.

    **Site fees are non-refundable for cancellations or no show**
    Should the event be cancelled due to pandemic or adverse weather, vendor fees will be refunded, less a $25 administration fee within 30 business days from cancellation.

  • Prohibited Items

    Any site displaying or offering any item on the banned list will be required to remove said items at the request of trade managers, AOK Events. Failure to comply will result in your site being cancelled and you will be asked to leave the showgrounds immediately without refund.

    Items that are banned from being sold, promoted or displayed include:

    • Bouncing/jumping/Mexican beans
    • Drug-related goods (including kits, bongs, pipes or other related equipment, clothing or accessories featuring drug-related symbols/slogans etc)
    • Explicit/Hardcore clothing, accessories or media
    • Fake Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Electronic Cigarettes or vaping equipment
    • Fireworks – Crackers, Fire Wallets, Fuel Type Fire Lighters (Zippo)
    • Knives, swords, nunchucks and related weapons including pen knives, pocket knives, utility knives (excluding appropriately packaged kitchenware sets or packaged rural products)
    • Laser Pointers, Pen Lights or Laser Toys
    • Nude or explicit items
    • Pressure Pack Snow, Pressure Pack Fart Gas, Silly String, Stink Bombs, Water Bombs
    • Guns or gun replicas, pistols, ball bearing guns, gel blaster guns, eight shot caps, pellet guns, pop downs/throw downs, potato guns, roll caps, strip caps, water pistols over 150mm (6”)
    • Swastika or other anti-semitic symbols
    • Items featuring offensive slogans, words or imagery.

    Whilst your application may be successful, you may be asked to omit or limit the sale of some items listed to ensure fair trade among vendors and to limit multiple like-for-like products across the event. Please complete the following fields with accuracy.

  • Bunyip Trail

    The Bunyip Trail is an exciting low-cost family activity designed to take attendees around the show grounds collecting small items from participating vendors noted on a map as they explore. Participating vendors will be provided with a Bunyip Trail sign identifying their involvement to encourage visitors to stop by your site and be rewarded with a free item for their bag. 

    Items can be as big or as small as you wish. Vendor participation is optional and free of charge, you will be required to supply 250 FREE items to attendees exploring a map that will list your business. 

    Profits raised through the sale of Bunyip Bags is donated to Murray Bridge Little Athletics. 

  • Site Requirements

    Please ensure you complete this section thoroughly, vendors will be positioned based on the information provided within this section.

    All structures, displays, signage and belongings must fit within your selected space.
    Failure to comply will result in you being required to pay an additional fee to utilise extra space or you will be required to remove any items positioned outside of your allocated space.
    **This includes signage, gazebo awnings and items/stock for sale.**

    Cars are NOT permitted to remain on site unless part of your display and included in your selected space.

          • Food & Beverage Provider Information

            All food & beverage vendors are required to be registered with their nominated council, please detail your FBN and registered council details.

          • Insurance Requirements

            It is a condition of application that all vendors hold a current Public Liability Insurance Policy with a minimum value of $10 million. 

            All food and beverage vendors are required to hold a current Public Liability Insurance Policy with a minimum value of $20 million.
