Policies
1. Once the quote is accepted and the deposit is received, this form will serve as an official contract between the client (name provided below) and The Saffron Strand.
2. Booking is confirmed only after a non-refundable deposit of 50% from the total .
3. The final payment is due one week before the event.
4. In case of any damage to The Saffron Strand’s property caused by the client or their guests, the client agrees to cover the cost of repairs.
5. The client must ensure that a parking spot and venue access are available at least 2 hours before the event for proper setup.
6. A 10% service fee applies to orders for 100 guests or more.
7. Delivery orders in New Jersey require a minimum order of $1,500. Out-of-state delivery orders require a minimum order of $2,000. Each item has a minimum order of 12.
8. If a Certificate of Insurance is required, an additional $50 fee will be charged.
9. Payments are accepted via Venmo, Zelle, or credit card (3% service fee).
10. Quotes are valid for 3 days and may be subject to changes in availability and pricing.
Additional Notes :
• Our products are prepared in an open kitchen that handles eggs, milk, and nuts. While we take precautions, cross-contamination is possible.
• We recommend all setups/displays be done indoors. outdoor events are also accepted, however we are not responsible for any weather-related issues.
