COPPER DENTAL CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
At Copper Dental, it is our goal to honor every patient’s confirmed appointment time. We hope that you will help us meet this goal.
We will reach out to confirm your appointment using the methods of phone call, text message or email and we ask that you reply using any of these options. It is the patient’s responsibility to provide and maintain the most up to date information on file in order to contact you. If we DO NOT receive confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
We require notice of cancellation 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient. Any appointments cancelled short notice or failed will result in a flat fee of $50.00. We will not reschedule any patient after two appointments have been missed. Our time must be used as efficiently as possible to keep our expenses at a minimum and our fees within reasonable limits.
