Central District Exhibitor Prospectus

General Information

The Pennsylvania Society for Respiratory Care warmly welcomes you back to PSRC Education in Harrisburg at the Central Hotel and Conference Center!  Our conference will be a one day event on Friday, August 21st!  

The Central Hotel and Conference Center is located just 1.4 miles off Interstate 83 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Best Western Premier The Central Hotel & Conference Center offers a blend of comfort and convenience for business and leisure travelers alike. This modern hotel is a mere 13-minute drive from the National Civil War Museum and 15 miles from the Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course, providing an ideal base for exploring local attractions.

The PSRC is planning to bring back live education to all districts of Pennsylvania, this is just another example.  The plan for a one day/one track event with 6 exceptional speakers.  

Fee:

Exhibition Fee - $800 for 1 day.  SPACE IS LIMITED, SO REGISTER TODAY!

Conference Hours: 

August 21, 2026: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• There will be a total of 2-hour unopposed period for exhibitors to meet with the attendees on June 26 from 11:00 - 12:30 and 30 minutes in afternoon with a break during lectures.
• The Exhibitor Space offers a covered 6' table with electric and 2 chairs.
• Breakfast and break, lunch, and afternoon break for 2 exhibit representatives will be available for June 26th.
• CRCE is available for any lectures attended by the 2 exhibit representatives if representatives register, and complete the evaluation online as required.
  • Any additional representatives must register as a regular attendee this year.

Conference Exhibitor Registration Rates

Exhibition Fee - $800

• 8x8 Exhibitor Space with covered 6' table and 2 chairs.
• Conference Registration, admission to breakfast and lunch for 2 people.
• CRCE available for any lectures attended and evaluated for 2 people. 

Additional Sponsorships

There are several opportunities for additional sponsorship that are available to the first exhibitor seeking the opportunity.  They are in addition to the exhibit fee, but do earn a 15% off exhibition fee.

Food and Beverage Sponsorship:

• Breakfast Sponsor - $400 (2 sponsorships available)
  • Announcement made at opening remarks, sign posted with breakfast.
  • Advertisement in C-Vent regarding sponsorship.

• Lunch Sponsor - $500 (2 sponsorships available)
  • Announcement made at lunch, sign posted with lunch, and a 5 minutes of remarks to attendees. 
  • Advertisement in C-Vent regarding sponsorship.

• Nutrition Break Sponsor - $250 (1 sponsorships available)
  • Announcement made at beginning of afternoon presentations, signage posted at end of lunch.
  • Advertisement in C-Vent regarding sponsorship.

Graduate Congratulations Registrations:

• Sponsor the attendance fee of $20 for each of the 2025 Graduates who attend the conference.  (Graduates must apply with a letter from the program to inform the conference they have completed or will complete their education during 2025 to be eligible.)
• Deadline for graduate applications will be 6/1/25.
• Notice of who the sponsor and instructions will be sent to all Central District Respiratory Care Programs.

Exhibition Application

Exhibition Terms and Conditions

1. The PSRC will permit an Exhibitor to occupy their specific booth during the 2026 PSRC Central District Conference on Friday, August 21, 2026 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
2. Early set-up times will be communicated to the Exhibitors for August 20, 2026
3. The Best Western will determine the ability to set-up the evening before. If unable to set-up on 20th, please be ready for set-up at 6:00 AM on August 21st
4. The Exhibit hours will begin August 21, 2026 at 7:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM.
5. The Exhibitor agrees to not sublet or to otherwise assign to any person whatsoever, any right to occupy space covered in this statement.
   The Exhibitor agrees to limit all activities to their assigned booth/space.
6. Exhibitors will be issued conference badges that permit them to enter all general workshops and lectures. Badged exhibitors are eligible for any CRCE available from sessions they attend and evaluate.
7. The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify the PSRC against and hold it free from all claims arising from loss or damage to Exhibitor’s property whatsoever cause occasioned, and wheresoever such property is located during the period in which the PSRC occupies Best Western.  
8. The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify the PSRC and the Best Western from and against all claim, losses or damages to persons or property; provided, however, only to the extend caused by Exhibitor’s negligence or willful misconduct.
9. In addition to the regular fees charged for services and facilities to the sponsor of the conference, the Best Western may impose additional charges for excessive cleaning requirements, replacement of missing items, and damages to facilities which may include any damange caused to wall surfaces due to hanging of materials on non-tackable surfaces. We do not allow glitter or confetti. A $100 cleaning fee for each meeting space will be assessed for cleanup, if glitter or confetti is used.
10. PSRC Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation prior to 30 days notice will be eligible for a 100% refund. Any cancellation prior to 14 days will be elibible for a 50% refund. Any other cancellation will not receive a refund. Written cancellation to directorofoperations@psrc.net is required.
    Paying by check: Checks must be received by August 1st.

If you are interested in sponsoring a speaker please contact the Exhibit Manager ASAP, the agenda is filling, and we welcome you to either offer a sponsored speaker or sponsor a speaker we already have scheduled in the agenda. 

Exhibitors sponsoring a speaker will receive a 15% discount on their exhibition fee.
