Policies
1. Once the quote is accepted and the deposit is received, this form will serve as an official contract between the client and The Saffron Strand.
2. Booking is confirmed only after a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total.
3. The final payment is due one week before the event.
4. A 10% service fee applies to orders for 100 guests or more.
5. If a Certificate of Insurance is required, an additional $50 fee will be charged.
6. Delivery orders in New Jersey require a minimum order of $1,500. Out-of-state delivery orders require a minimum order of $2,000. Pickup orders have no minimum order amount (item minimums still apply).
7. Payments are accepted via Venmo, Zelle, or credit card (3% service fee).
8. Quotes are valid for 3 days and may be subject to changes in availability and pricing.
Additional Notes:
• Our products are prepared in an open kitchen that handles eggs, milk, and nuts. While we take precautions, cross-contamination is possible.
Dessert cups have a minimum order of 24. Setup and decor costs will be calculated based on the items and quantities chosen.
