    Site Survey for XDMB Controllerless Solution
  • This survey is to be filled out once for each restaurant and should be completed by someone with considerable knowledge of the restaurant equipment and environment while they are on-site.  Providing accurate information on this survey is the best way to prevent issues that could prevent a succesful installation and cause additional costs to the restaurant.

    The purpose of this survey is to confirm the site is prepped and ready for the Xenial Indoor Digital Menu Board and will allow an install date to be provided.

  • Cabling Information

    This information will be used to determine cable lengths needed for a successful installation.
  • Main Menu Board Wall

    The Main Menu Board wall is considered the wall behind the cashiers where the main screens will be installed. The wall must be at least 24 inches tall and 11 feet wide for three screens, or 15 feet wide for four screens

  • Side Wall or Alternate Location Menu Board Wall

    This is the wall at either end of the counter or an alternate location inside the site. Please fill out the below information if a display will be installed in a different location from the main menu board wall.
