1) Receipt of Instructional Design Request form
2) Schedule & complete Project Kick-off Meeting with Sharron Bauer and Stakeholders & Subject Matter Experts.
3) Needs Assessment (research completed with SME's, Stakeholders & select learners), and presented to Stakeholders.
4) Project Plan with time line, created by Sharron Bauer, with acceptance by stakeholders.
5) Research/collaboraton with SME's
6) Meeting to review content, storyboards, graphic art direction
7) Reviews of drafts (1st/2nd/3rd rounds)
8) Course Drafts & Edits
9) Final Draft Approval
10) Course testing (department/users)
11) Course Implementation
