Vendor agrees to keep booth open up to the conclusion of the event on both Saturday and Sunday (unless specifically agreed upon / approved by event organizers)*

Vendor is responsible for the collection and disposal of all waste at their designated location All items belonging to vendor shall be removed by the end of the agreed event date*

Vendor agrees to be completely packed and out of the event premises no later then one (1) hour after the event's completion.*

Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the HPOA against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with the Vendor's presence, Vendor's staff , Vendor's Volunteers, and/or all other individuals acting on behalf of the Vendor and not limited to the Vendor's service*

Vendor is STRICTLY PROHIBITED from subletting the vendor space to another entity or persons. HPOA reserves the right to terminate vendor's contract for subletting and will immediately remove vendor from vending on festival grounds. Vendor forfeits ALL payments and rights upon breach of this contract.*

Waiver of Liability - This agreement releases the *HPOA from all liability relating to injuries sustained by staff, patrons, employees, volunteers, and/or all other individuals acting on behalf of the vendor. By submitting this agreement I agree to hold the HPOA harmless and completely free from any civil liability, regardless of negligence. HPOA is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, damaged equipment, damage caused by weather or landscape. I attest that I am participating voluntarily and understand I am responsible for all risks or injuries that my vending may incur. By checking below I voluntarily forfeit all right to bring suit against HPOA. I will comply with all policies and safety rules as explained in writing and/or verbally.*
