    Thank you for your interest in commissioning a custom piece! Consultations are completely free, and requests are typically reviewed and approved within 7 days of submission. Once approved, you will receive a price quote, including the full cost of the piece and shipping. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins, and the remaining balance must be paid in full before the piece is shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class and are insured. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages, but if an issue arises, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss available options.
