America Royal Reign Pageants Vendor Form

America Royal Reign Pageants is looking for vendors to join our event on June 14, 2025 at the VFW in Deridder, LA for our first Pageant of the year.

For vendor verification, please re-submit your business information below.

The deadline to reserve your booth space is Sunday, June 1, 2025 by 11:59 pm. If you have not reserved your space by that time your space will be released to another vendor. Vendors must be approved by director.

We will only accept 1 vendor per type of business (e.x. only one vendor can sell jewelry, only 1 vendor for 31, etc). We will also only allow baked good or canned good to be sold as far as consumables are concerned as we will have a large concession stand during our event.

Payments are expected within 24 hours of registration (after the director has approved) and are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
