MEDIA RELEASE FORM

I, the undersigned, hereby grant Ginger Snaps Photography and its agents, employees, and assigns the right to use and publish photographs or video footage taken of me or my child in any media form, including but not limited to print, online platforms, and social media.1. Permission to Use Images: I understand that Ginger Snaps Photography may use photographs or video footage of me or my child for promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, portfolios, or any other media, now known or hereafter developed.2. No Compensation: I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these photographs or videos, and that Ginger Snaps Photography is under no obligation to use or publish any images or footage.3. Image Ownership: I understand that all photographs or video footage taken by the photographer are the property of Ginger Snaps Photography. Ginger Snaps Photography reserves the right to edit, alter, or modify the images as deemed appropriate.4. Release of Liability: I release Ginger Snaps Photography, its agents, employees, and assigns from any claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise in connection with the use of my photographs or video footage, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy or defamation.5. Consent for Minors: If the subject of the photographs or video footage is a minor (under the age of 18), I, the undersigned, am the legal parent/guardian of the minor and have full authority to grant permission for the use of their image.6. Duration of Use: I agree that Ginger Snaps Photography may use the images and videos indefinitely, unless otherwise stated in writing.
