As a Diveheart volunteer I will agree to the following:
1. I will agree to work together as a group and to work toward individual and group goals.
2. I will agree to adhere to certain safety and group behavior guidelines.
3. I agree to abide by all applicable rules and regulations of the organization.
4. I understand that I will receive no monetary benefits in return for my volunteer service.
5. I will agree to give and receive feedback, both positive and in areas I may need to work on, and work on changing that behavior when appropriate.
6. I will agree to preserve confidentiality of other group members.
7. I will agree to participate in activities in a “challenge by choice” philosophy.
8. I will agree to speak for myself, and not for other group members.
9. I will ask for what I want and need.

12. I have reviewed and completely understand my responsibilities as a volunteer as described in Diveheart's Protective Behavior Training Program and will exercise my best efforts to meet those responsibilities.
