This agreement by and between Golden State Boats, INC. DBA Freedom Boat Club, its successors and assigns (FBC) and the undersigned "Member(s)," as designated below. Pursuant to the terms hereof and the TERMS RULES AND REGULATIONS OF MEMBERSHIP which are incorporated herein.

MEMBERSHIP FEES AND TERMS
1. UPON EXECUTION hereof, Member(s) agree to pay Freedom Boat Club’s FBC+ membership dues of $60/mo as selected above for the Initial Term of this Agreement beginning on the Effective Date below. If this Agreement is extended in accordance with the Terms of Membership in 2.b., then Member(s) shall continue to pay $60/mo as selected above for each subsequent annual term. Co-member spouses are automatically included if they have been certified as a captain. For shared memberships (such as Family and Corporate agreements and non-married co-members) each designated captain must separately pay the above fee. 2. TERM OF MEMBERSHIP: a. Initial 12 Month Term: This membership will commence on the Effective Date below and continue for a minimum of 12 months (the Term), unless sooner terminated by FBC in accordance with the RULES AND REGULATIONS OF MEMBERSHIP. b. Automatic Renewal: Following the Initial Term and commencing annually on each anniversary of that date thereafter, the Term shall be extended for an additional 12 months (Renewal Term). Member(s) acknowledge each Renewal Term a.) shall be a separate transaction, b.) agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein, and c.) can not terminate this agreement before each Term has ended. c. 60 Day Notice Not to renew: Either party must give notice (in writing) of the intention not to extend the Term at least 60 days prior to each Anniversary Date. Member(s) shall remain liable for any and all fees that were incurred prior to the date of termination. This membership is non-transferable. In the event of an incident and the member is in the first year of the term, the member is required to pay the entire annual payment of $720. 3. BY EXECUTION OF THIS AGREEMENT, Member(s) agrees to comply at all times with the RULES AND REGULATIONS OF MEMBERSHIP which have bee n given to member(s) and are a part of this AGREEMENT, including any subsequent changes to the RULES AND REGULATIONS OF MEMBERSHIP.
