SUMMER PERFORMING ARTS 2025 Summer Camper & Parent Agreement
Health and safety are the number one priorities of the Summer Performing Arts Program. We want to do everything we can to ensure the safety of our staff, campers, & their families. Please read and initial the following Camper & Parent Agreement.
Camp Health Checks
In an effort to maintain the safest environment possible we are implementing policies and procedures we are implementing the following procedures during camp this summer:
If your child has experienced a fever, they will not be allowed to return to camp until the fever has been controlled for over 24 hours without medication. Your child will also need to stay home if they are continuing to experience any other symptoms, such as diarrhea, vomiting, a persistent cough, or an unexplained rash.
If your child becomes ill during the camp day, please ensure someone will be available to pick your child up in a timely manner.
Health Alerts and Communication
The Black Rep SPA program takes the safety and wellbeing of our participants and staff very seriously. In the event that your participant, or a member of your family becomes:
Infected with COVID-19;
Comes into contact with someone with COVID-19; or
Is suspected of being exposed to COVID-19;
We require you to immediately alert The Black Rep SPA Staff both by email (BrianM@theblackrep.org) and by calling our office (314-534-3010).
If at any time we are alerted that one of the above-listed conditions has been met by a camper or employee, SPA staff will send out an email to all camp families, alerting them to the situation (while endeavoring to reasonably respect privacy). SPA staff will also directly call and alert the families of the camp group to which this participant belonged, to alert them to the situation.
Daily Procedures
On a daily basis SPA Staff will be sanitizing all tables, chairs, supplies, and touch points used by campers. We will ensure the following procedures are met:
