We are hiring Construction Laborers to assist with various construction projects throughout the Spring and Summer of 2025! This role involves manual labor, material handling, site cleanup, and assisting skilled tradespeople. No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general construction tasks, including site preparation, material transport, and cleanup.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various building and labor tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks.
Qualifications:
- Entry-level and experienced workers welcome
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform manual labor.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently or with a crew.
- Driver's License is a plus but not required.
