Volunteer Application Form for Friends of the Arboretum

NHC Arboretum volunteers are an integral part of the Arboretum’s history and mission, contributing their time, talents, enthusiasm, and energy to every aspect of the operation.

Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age (except for youth involved in the 4-H program) and may commit to a weekly, monthly, or “on-call” schedule, based on program area needs. After completing a volunteer application, background check (if required), and orientation, volunteers work alongside Arboretum staff and experienced volunteers. To learn more, call 910-798-7660
