  • Wheelchair Rentals at the Southwest Chocolate & Coffee Fest

    RESERVATION FORM
  • Wheelchair rentals are being provided and organized by Destination Accessibility, a program of Adelante, a local nonprofit that supports people with disabilities, seniors, and people with disadvantages across New Mexico.

    Advance reservations are not required, and no payment is due at this time, but making a reservation will help us plan accordingly.

  • RENTAL POLICIES & PROCEDURES

    Reservations can be made until Thursday, April 3rd.
    After April 3rd equipment is rented on-site, based on availability. 

    Wheelchair pick-up and drop-off will be located at the entrance to the Festival just beside the security check-point. 

    Flat Fee Event Rental Rate:

    • Wheelchair: $20
    • Rollator: $10

    Reservations are accepted until Wednesday, April 3, 2025 and day-of walk-ups are welcome.

    Reservations can be made on the hour starting at 10:00 am, and are guaranteed within 15 minutes of reservation time. 

    After 15 minutes, reservations are subject to availability.   Allow extra time for parking and getting to the Festival entrance. 

    Wheelchairs must remain at the event and must be returned within event hours.  For longer-term rentals, please visit our website at DestinationAccessibility.com 

    Credit cards are preferred method of payment.
