There is a minimum of 8 people attending the class. If the number of attendees change (as long as it doesn't go below the minimum) as the class gets closer, the invoice can be adjusted.
I understand that the class will consist of the time period and number of cookies selected above. Host is to provide tables and chairs for each guest, as well as a space for a table and chair (brought by Snow Cookie Creation) and an easily accessible plug. Snow Cookie Creation will provide the cookies, royal icing, trays, and additional supplies needed to decorate. Vanilla sugar cookies are provided, but additional flavors are available per request. I understand that all payment to Snow Cookie Creation will come through the host and not individual class members. I understand that Snow Cookie Creation is not responsible for any damage made to property by any class participant. Final head count and 50% non-refundable deposit due two weeks prior to class. Final payment due 7 days prior to class. Travel fees are applicable for those outside of Idaho Falls, Idaho. There will be no travel fee for those in Idaho Falls.
