By submitting this application you understand the following booking, deposit and cancellation terms stated below.
*my base rate is $150 per hour. My shop minimum is $150
*I do not do solid quotes on larger pieces such as sleeves and back pieces, as many things can change along the way as we go through the design process. Time varies based on the style of your piece as well.
*I require a NON-REFUNDABLE $150 deposit on all appointments and a NON-REFUNDABLE $300 deposit on all multi-session pieces. Your deposit will be credited to your last appointment!
*I allow for one reschedule. After that you’ll lose your non-refundable deposit and put down another one if we move forward.
*I’ll will be accepting an amount of 80 applications. I apologize but not all will or can be accepted. It’ll be based on if I feel it’s a fit for me as an artist, for my schedule and if your concept is fully thought out
*If your request is chosen you’ll be contacted within a couple of weeks of your submission to set up a consultation appointment. If you are not contacted your application/idea may not have been a fit for me at this time.
*Your consultation will usually take 10 to 30 mins. If you decide to go forward you will be required to put down your NON-REFUNDABLE CASH deposit.
*If multiple sessions are required we will book them at the time of your consultation.
*Designs are sent the day before your appointment for any edits you may want. If your overall idea changes from your initial request, if still accepted, you will be required to put down another deposit and start the process over.
*Please make sure you have done your research and feel I am the artist for you.
*I will go through the forms the next 2 weeks and if I feel I am the artist for your piece I will be reaching out to set up a sit down consultation with you to further discuss your ideas. Please bring any additional ideas and references with you to you consultation.
*This time around I will not be accepting any cover ups or fixing other artists tattoos.
