  • Thank you for registering to help support Cub Haunted Weekend at Camp Westmoreland!

    This form will help us track individuals and units volunteering at Cub Haunted Weekend, and will help us track shirts and meals for all volunteers.

     All volunteering units for Camp Westmoreland will be housed in the Staff area at camp.  Scouts and adults will be responsible for bringing their own tents, sleeping bag/blankets and pillows. 

    Please Note:  After October 8, 2025, there will be no guarantee on volunteer t-shirt availability.  After this date, volunteer shirts are availale purely on a first-come-best-fit basis while quantities last.

    Order of the Arrow Members: Dues Paid members will recieve one OA Cub Haunted Weekend Service Corps Flap for their service at Cub Haunted.  Flaps will not be issued until Saturday once take-down is complete.   Dues can be paid by following this link or visiting the Lodge website at this link.  

  • You have indicated that you are a member of Coosa Lodge in GOOD STANDING, that is, your dues are paid through December 31, 2025.  

    To earn your Cub Haunted service flap, you must work for the entiriety of the weekend you register for.  The weekend begins at 4pm on Friday and ends at 12pm on Saturday.  

    The service corps flap will be issued at the end of the weekend once all work has been completed and the Cub Haunted leadership team has reviewed and approved all work.


  • You have indicated that your unit has adult or youth members who are a member of Coosa Lodge.  In order for them to earn the Lodge's Cub Haunterd service flap, they are required to be in GOOD STANDING with the Lodge.  That is to say that their dues are paid through December 31, 2025.  This is incumbent upon them to verify no less than one week prior to the beginning of the Cub Haunted Weekend session for which your unit has registered to serve.

    To earn the Cub Haunted service flap, OA members must work for the entiriety of the weekend the unit has registered to serve. The weekend begins at 4pm on Friday and ends at 12pm on Saturday. 

    The service corps flap will be issued at the end of the weekend once all work has been completed and the Cub Haunted leadership team has reviewed and approved all work.
