GENERAL

The Freedom Place and it's ammenities are available on a first come first serve basis.  The Freedom Place is not considered reserved unless a signed copy of the Rental Agreement is received.

• Person signing and renting the facilities must be at least 21 year of age. 
• The building may not be used for profit making endeavors unless approved in advance by the Skybacher Ministries Inc. Board of Directors.
• The building shall be subject to inspection at any time by any authorized representative of Skybacher Ministries Inc.
• The renter shall be liable for all breakage and other damage or loss to property resulting from the occupancy and use of the building and grounds, other than normal wear and tear.
• The renter shall be responsible for supervision over all persons in the building and on adjacent grounds. Disorderly conduct is prohibited. 
• The sale or offer for sale of beer, wine, or other alcoholic beverages on the premises is strictly prohibited.   
• There is absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere inside the building.
• Cooking is prohibited without prior permission or approval.
• All themostats are preset and should not be changed.

Setup

• All decorating time will be done during the rental period with the understanding that no tape, nails, or other fasteners are to be used on any surfaces.
• All decorations are to be removed at the completion of the event.
• Both set-up and teardown are to be completed within the rental time.
• No decorations or any kind may be taped, stapled or thumb tacked to any wall or surface throughout The Freedom Place
• All candles must be contained.
• Set-up of tables, chairs, etc. shall be the responsibility of the Renter.
• No outside acrylic or otherwise permanent paint or craft/art supplies are allowed along with glitter or confetti.

Cleanup

• The building must be vacated one hour after event time. An authorized representative will be checking over The Freedom Place to assess conditions.
• Upon completion of the event, renter shall return the (TSFH or Gym) to its original condition. All food and beverages are to be removed; all trash to be removed and remainder of the checklist completed.
• Everything that is brought into the building by the Renter must be removed before vacating the building.
• All events must end by 11:00pm (except by prior approval)

Renter Payment Schedule

• Reservations for The Freedom Place will be accepted up to 6 months in advance of the rental date.
• Up to 4 hour event - Skybacher Ministries Member - $150; Non-Member $200
• Additional hours can added to the (4) hour event at an additional fee of $25 per hour.
• A deposit of $75 shall accompany the Rental Agreement form.  The hall will not be reserved until deposit and Rental Agreement form are received.  The remaining balance will be due 1 month prior to the scheduled rental date.
• The rental date may be cancelled up to 1 month prior to the event with no penalty.
  • Should the date be changed or cancelled within 2-4 weeks prior to the reserved date, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Should the date be changed or cancelled within 2 weeks of the reserved date, the full fee shall be forfeited.
  • If The Freedom Place is ultimately rented for the cancelled date, any fees paid will be returned.

If The Freedom Place is not left the way it was found when rented and/or there has been damage to The Freedom Place and it's ammenties. Skybacher Ministries Inc. and its affiliates reserve the right to seek from renter the cost of repairs/replacement.

Upon inspection, there may be an additional $60.00 clean up fee if any of these rules are violated.
