The main objectives of this CID are to improve and upgrade the area in the manner envisaged in the amended Business Plan dated 15 April 2025.

Part D: Owner's details - Juristic Persons

Part D is for properties that are owned in Companies, Trusts, CCs, Deceased Estates, etc.
The following documents must be uploaded with this submission:

1. A copy of a Resolution of the Company, CC, or Trust granting authority to a named individual to act on its behalf.

The Resolution should include:
- The name of the Legal Entity which owns the property
- The Resolution number
- The Erf number and address of the property
- The authorised individual's Name, ID number and contact details
- It must be signed by all Directors or Trustees.
2. Proof of the current Directors or Trustees.
- For Companies or CCs this could be printed CK documents, or even a screenshot of the freely available online CIPC list of Directors (https://eservices.cipc.co.za/).
- For Trustees this would typically be the Letter of Authority lodged with the Master's office. In many cases this is also freely available online (https://icmsweb.justice.gov.za/mastersinformation/).
