Payment and Refund Policy
-The cost of camp is $300, which includes a daily lunch prepared by the campers themselves. Lunch may feature the very items they make during camp, such as homemade pizza and sandwiches on homemade bread. (Your camper is welcome to bring their own lunch if they prefer not to particpate in the lunch provided.)

-A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of registration to secure your child’s spot at camp.

-The remaining balance is due by May 15.

-If registration occurs after May 15, full payment is due immediately upon registration.

-Please note that the camp fees become non-refundable after May 15, regardless of the reason.

*Camp fees are non-refundable after May 15 because we reserve spots in advance, and last-minute cancellations prevent us from filling those seats. Additionally, we may have turned away other interested campers due to limited availability.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the camp staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs that my child may have. I authorize the camp to secure emergency medical treatment for my child should the need arise, and agree that I am solely responsible for any related medical expenses. Please list any allergies or conditions below.

Consent and Assumption of Risk
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby give permission for my child to participate in Camp Cookie Mama Summer Baking Camp. I understand that the camp involves various hands-on baking activities which may include working with various utensils, and ingredients that could cause allergic reactions. I acknowledge that participation in these activities involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to burns, cuts, or allergic reactions. By signing this form, I assume all such risks on behalf of my child. I agree that I have been informed of the nature of the camp activities and accept full responsibility for my child’s safety while attending the camp.
Dress Code
Additionally, campers will be working in a commercial kitchen and for safety reasons, must adhere to the following dress code: Closed-toe shoes are required at all times (no sandals, flip-flops, or open-toed shoes). Hair must be pulled back if it is longer than chin length.
Release of Liability
In consideration of my child’s participation at Camp Cookie Mama Summer Baking Camp, I, for myself and my child, hereby release, waive, and discharge Camp Cookie Mama, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by my child during the camp. This release includes, but is not limited to, any claims arising out of negligence or any other cause, whether or not such negligence is found to exist.I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camp Cookie Mama from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my child’s participation in camp activities.
Expected Participation & Behavior
I understand that Camp Cookie Mama Summer Baking Camp is designed to provide a fun, educational, and safe environment for all participants. All campers are expected to engage respectfully with camp staff and fellow campers, follow safety guidelines, and actively participate in scheduled activities. I acknowledge that failure to adhere to these expectations may result in my child being released from the program. In the event that my child is released for behavioral reasons, I understand and agree that no refund will be provided for any camp fees paid.
