Location: Cedar Rock Inn 4501 W 41st Street Tulsa, OK 74107 The sale will take place in the green barn located closest to 41st Street. We will also have outdoor vendor spots available. Signs will be posted to help guide vendors and attendees and parking will be available onsite.
Set-Up Time: Vendors can arrive as early 6am to set up. We will also have options for setting up the day before, just reach out to us for more information.
Teardown: Vendors may begin tearing down after the event ends and will have 1 hour to complete teardown and remove all items.

Booth Details & Fees
Starting May 3rd, we will no longer be accepting cash or check payments mailed to us. All vendor payments must be made electronically on the Vendor Payment and Agreement Form moving forward. Booth fees will be due on May 9th. If you haven't paid by this date you will not be able to set up on May 10th. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Booth spots are 10'X10' and available for $25 each. Vendors can choose between inside the barn or outdoor booth spots. Inside booth will be limited and are not guaranteed. NOTICE: Our indoor booth spots are FULL! New applications will now be considered for outdoor booths only.
This is a rain-or-shine event so vendors with outdoor booths must plan accordingly.
We will not provide tables, chairs, or pop ups. Vendors must bring all equipment they need for to set up their booths.
Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are soley responsible for handling their own sales, payments, and transactions throught the event. Cedar Rock Inn and Event organizers are not responsible for providing change, processing payments, or managing any financial exchanges. Additionally, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, including merchandise, equipment, or personal belongings. Vendors are encouraged to take necessary precautions to secure their booths and valuables.
Application Process
Once we receive your application, we will review it to ensure you are a good fit for this event and that this event is a good fit for you. Acceptance is not guaranteed, as we strive to curate a balanced variety of vendors. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further details, including setup instructions, agreement form, and payment information. Your spot is not secured until payment is received. If your application is not accepted, we will notify you promptly.
