Class Details:

📍Location: Hathaway Park; 28 Water Street, Assonet, MA

📅 When: Wednesdays from 5:30pm – 6:30pm

📅 Dates: April 23rd, April 30th, May 7th, May 14th, May 21st, May 28th, June 4th

☔ Rain Date: If inclement weather occurs, class will be held on Thursday of the same week.

💲 Cost: Free!

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that my participation in exercise classes offered by the Town of Freetown is voluntary and may involve certain risks, including, but not limited to muscle strain, joint strain, broken bones, slips, trips, falls, heart attack, stroke, death, or other unforeseen events.

In consideration of the opportunity to participate, I agree to release the Town of Freetown, its employees, agents, officers, and volunteers from any and all claims, actions, damages, costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees arising from my participation.

I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Town of Freetown against any claims arising from my participation. I waive any right to sue the Town of Freetown for personal injury, property damage, or other losses resulting from my participation.

By signing this document, I acknowledge that I am releasing the Town of Freetown from liability for any harm or damages that may occur during my participation.
