  • Thank you for your interest in joining the PAA Executive Board! We are looking for dedicated, passionate, and driven leaders to continue growing PAA’s impact on campus and in the community. This form will help us learn more about your interests, skills, and commitment to the organization.

    • President
      - Oversees all organizational operations and ensures mission alignment
      - Serves as the primary representative of PAA
      - Facilitates meetings and coordinates with university administration and external     partners

      Vice President
      - Assists the President in all duties
      - Oversees internal operations and coordinates committees
      - Ensures project timelines and event logistics are maintained
      - Assumes the role of President in their absence

      Secretary
      - Records meeting minutes and organizes internal communications
      - Maintains organizational records and documentation
      - Sends out meeting agendas and follows up with action items

      Treasurer
      - Manages the budget, tracks event expenditures, and ensures financial accountability
      - Submits funding requests and handles financial reporting
      - Works with the Executive Board to allocate resources

      Volunteer Coordinator
      - Identifies and coordinates volunteer opportunities for PAA members
      - Builds and maintains relationships with community partners
      - Tracks and reports member participation in volunteer activities

      Events Coordinator
      - Plans and executes all events and initiatives for PAA
      - Coordinates event logistics, including timelines, venues, and materials
      - Works with the Marketing & Communications Chair to promote events

      Membership Engagement Chair
      - Focuses on member recruitment and retention
      - Organizes member engagement efforts and builds a sense of community
      - Works to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members

      Marketing & Communications Chair
      - Manages PAA’s branding, social media presence, and digital content
      - Designs promotional materials (flyers, graphics, etc.)
      - Works with the Events Coordinator to promote upcoming events

      Fundraising & Development Chair
      - Leads efforts to secure financial support through donations, sponsorships, and campaigns
      - Develops strategies for fundraising and financial sustainability
      - Collaborates with Events and Marketing to integrate fundraising into PAA activities

      Diversity & Inclusion Chair
      - Ensures PAA policies, programs, and spaces are inclusive and equitable
      - Promotes diverse membership and creates a safe, welcoming environment for all
      - Partners with campus groups and community organizations to amplify underrepresented voices
