  • Gator Aquatics staff provide a fun and inviting environement to learn the game of water polo or to take your game to the next level! These clinics will give a glimpse into Gator training while promoting the character qualities we strive to develop in our athletes.

    WHEN

    Week 1: June 9 - 12 (Monday-Thursday, 9:30-12:30)

    Week 2: June 23 - 26 (Monday-Thursday 9:30-12:30)

    Who
    Children ages 6-14

    *Campers must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted and tred water independently for one minute.

    Sacred Heart Prep (150 Valparaiso Ave, Atherton)
    Gator Aquatics Summer Camps are held at Sacred Heart Prep in Atherton, CA. Tuition does not include lunch or travel to and from camp.

    9:15 - 9:30: Registration/ Check In
    9:30: Dryland activities 
    9:45: Individual offensive & defensive group stations
    10:45: Snack Break
    11:00: Games and group strategy until closing

    Staff

    We make every effort to have an excellent counselor to camper ratio of 8:1. This ensures quality instruction and individual attention. 

    Coaches include the Sacred Heart Prep coaching staff and players.

    Equipment

    Each camper must bring his/her own swimsuit, towel, sunscrean, water and snack. There is no lunch provided, please bring a lunch or more significant snack for the week 2 option!

    Waiver Information

    Please read and fill out the waiver provided when signing up online. Without the waiver information filled out and signed, camper cannot participate.

    Refund Policy / Cancellation Protection:

    Refunds are no problem. Kids get sick, vacations come up, and unfortunately, you may need to cancel. Please contact Jamie Frank jfrank@shschools.org to request a cancellation. Refunds are available until 5pm the Friday before camp. Registration fees are not able to be refunded.

    I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Gator Aquatics during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by Gator Aquatics., I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Atherton Aquatics . and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions.

    In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against Gator Aquatics. including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including basketball. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.

  • Medical Release and Authorization

    As Parent and/or Guardian of the named athlete, I hereby authorize the diagnosis and treatment by a qualified and licensed medical professional, of the minor child, in the event of a medical emergency, which in the opinion of the attending medical professional, requires immediate attention to prevent further endangerment of the minor’s life, physical disfigurement, physical impairment, or other undue pain, suffering or discomfort, if delayed.

    Permission is hereby granted to the attending physician to proceed with any medical or minor surgical treatment, x-ray examination and immunizations for the named athlete. In the event of an emergency arising out of serious illness, the need for major surgery, or significant accidental injury, I understand that every attempt will be made by the attending physician to contact me in the most expeditious way possible. This authorization is granted only after a reasonable effort has been made to reach me.

    Permission is also granted to Gator Aquatics, and its affiliates including Directors, Coaches, and Team Parents to provide the needed emergency treatment prior to the child’s admission to the medical facility.

    Release authorized on the dates and/or duration of the registered season.

    This release is authorized and executed of my own free will, with the sole purpose of authorizing medical treatment under emergency circumstances, for the protection of life and limb of the named minor child, in my absence.
