Once a class is full, it will no longer appear as an option. Please arrive 10 minutes early and check in with the receptionist. Note: It is important to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be able to attend and may then need to attend the next available session. Assistance is limited to available funding, if unavailable you will be contacted.

Information will be shared on programs to potentially assist with other utilities as well. • This is an income-based program. • If you qualify for the assistance, please note that assistance is not immediate. It can take 10-15 days to process the paperwork after your scheduled appointment with your case worker. In the meantime, you will need to continue to make arrangements with your provider to avoid suspension of service. • Your gas bill must have a past due amount. • All classes will be held at 350 N.
