Upon completing this form and receiving approval from the SUHS Athletic Department, you will be sent an email invitation to our Signing Day event. You are welcome to forward this invitation to your family and friends.

Our goal is to recognize every student-athlete who has signed or will sign their National Letter of Intent (NLI) before the end of the school year. Each student-athlete will be provided with a designated table and two chairs to celebrate and share this special occasion with their loved ones.

Student-athletes may decorate their tables between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM.
