Upon completing this form and getting approval from the SUHS Athletic Department, you will receive an email invitation to our signing day event, which you may forward to your family and friends.

We want to ensure every student-athlete who has signed or will be signing their NLI before the end of this school year is recognized. Each student-athlete will have their own designated table, and two chairs, to decorate and share this special moment with loved ones. Student-athletes may decorate their table between 12:00-1:00 pm. Please ensure this form is filled out and returned to Mrs. Danna no later than April 23, 2025.
